ဗုဒၶအဆံုးအမ ဓမၼပဒ (အႏွစ္ခ်ဳပ္)

သူမိုက္သည္ မိမိျပဳေသာ မေကာင္းမွု အက်ိဴးမေပးေသးသမွ်ကာလပတ္လံုး မေကာင္းမွုကို ႏွစ္သက္ဝမ္းေျမာက္စြာ ပ်ားသကာကဲ့သို႔ မွတ္ထင္၏။ သူ၏ မေကာင္းမွုအက်ိဳးေပးေသာအခါ ထိုသူမိုက္သည္ ဆင္းရဲဒုကၡသို႔ ေရာက္ေလ၏ ။

So long as an evil deed has not ripened, the fool thinks it as sweet as honey. But when the evil deed ripens, the fool comes to grief .

သူတစ္ပါးကို ဆံုးမသကဲ့သို႔ မိမိကိုယ္ကို ဆံုးမရာ၏ (သူတစ္ပါးအား ေဟာေသာတရားကို မိမိက်င့္ရာ၏) မိမိကိုယ္ကို ေကာင္းစြာ ဆံုးမၿပီးမွ သူတစ္ပါးကို ဆံုးမရာ၏မိမိကိုယ္ကုိ ဆံုးမရန္ကားအလြန္ခဲယဥ္း၏။

One should do What one teaches others to do;if one would train others, one shoud be well controlled oneself.Difficult indeed is self-control.

က်ီးရဲႏွင့္တူစြာ အရွက္မရွိ ၊ သူတစ္ပါး၏ ဂုဏ္ ကိုလည္းဖ်က္စီး၊ သူတစ္ပါးျပဳေသာ အမွုကို မိမိျပဳေယာင္လည္းေကာင္း၊ ၾကမ္းတမ္းေသာသေဘာရွိ၍ ယုတ္မာၾကမ္းတမ္းေသာ အမွုျဖင့္ အသက္ေမြးေသာသူမွာ အသက္ေမြးေနထိုင္ရန္လြယ္ကူ၏ ။

Life is easy for the shamelss one who is as impudent as a crow, is backbiting and forward, arrogant and corrupt.

အရွက္လည္း ရွိ အၿမဲစင္ၾကယ္ေသာ သေဘာကိုသာ ရွာႀကံေလ့လည္းရွိ၊ တြန္႔တိုျခင္း သေဘာ၊ ၾကမ္းတမ္းေသာသေဘာလည္း မရွိ၊ စင္ၾကယ္ေသာအမွုျဖင့္အသက္ေမြး၍ သင့္မသင့္ကို ရွုျမင္ေသာသူမွာ အသက္ေမြးေနထိုင္ရန္ ခဲယဥ္း၏ ။

Life is difficult for the modest one who always seek purity, is detached and assuming, clean in life and discerning.

သူတစ္ပါးတို႔၏ ၾကမ္းတမ္းဝန္တို မနာလိုေသာ စကားတို႕ကို ႏွလံုးမသြင္းအပ္၊ သူတစ္ပါး၏ ေကာင္းေသာအမွု မေကာင္းေသာအမွု ျပဳ မျပဳ ကို မၾကည့္ရွု မဆင္ျခင္ရာ။မိမိ၏ေကာင္းေသာအမွု မေကာင္းေသာအမွု ျပဳ မျပဳကိုသာလွ်င္ ၾကည့္ရွုဆင္ျခင္ရာ၏ ။

let None finds fault with others; let none see the omissions and commissions of others. But Let one see one's own acts ,done and undone.
